A. Shipping Information

By default, we ship only to the countries listed. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is handled by UPS, GLS, or the postal service. The applicable shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system when you place your order.

Sollten Sie den Versand in ein anderes Land wünschen, dann schreiben Sie uns bitte ein Email an t.peschel@viennaworld.com und nennen Sie uns bitte den Artikel mit der Menge und der Lieferadresse mit dem Land und der entsprechenden Postleitzahl. Wir werden Ihnen dann kurzfristig mitteilen, ob wir auch in das gewünschte Land versenden können und Ihnen ggf. die Versandkosten mitteilen, da wir die Versandmöglichkeit und die Kosten vorab bei unserem Versandpartner erfragen müssen.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed by the online store. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply in certain cases; we are not responsible for these costs, and you are responsible for paying them. These include, for example, costs for money transfers through financial institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties). B. Payment Information

We offer you the option of paying in advance or by credit card. We accept Apple Pay, eps, Visa, and Mastercard.
Credit card payments are processed via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) transmission, which immediately encrypts the data you enter.

I. Domestic Shipments

For deliveries within Austria, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. Prepayment (retail customers only)

3. Delivery on account (wholesale customers only)

II. International Shipments

For international shipments, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

III. Detailed Information on the Individual Payment Options

1. Prepayment

Simply transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, specifying the payment reference. We will provide you with our bank details and the payment reference separately via email as part of the order processing. For invoices not paid within 14 days of the invoice date, a storage fee of €15 per week will be charged starting at the beginning of the third week. The goods will be shipped only after this fee has been received. If the order is canceled, a €20 processing fee will be charged.

2. Credit Card

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard

3. Delivery on Account

Upon receipt of the invoice, please transfer the amount due to our bank account within the payment period specified on the invoice.

4. Cash on pickup

When placing your order, select "Prepayment" as the payment method and choose "Pickup in 1180 Vienna" as the shipping method.
You can pick up the merchandise yourself at our location and pay on-site in cash or by credit card. We will first notify you by email that the items you ordered are ready for pickup. After receiving this email, you can pick up the items by appointment at the following address:
Hockegasse 19, 1180 Vienna, Austria.
In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
