Since 1996.
1996
Brigitte Credner-Forstinger (née Peschel) and Alexander Golser founded Peschel & Golser OEG in the basement of Ms. Credner-Forstinger's house.
1998
Thomas Peschel-Credner joined our team. At first, our focus was on retail goods, but we soon realized that we needed to evolve in order to set ourselves apart from the competition.
2000
We revised our strategy and launched our entire product line under our own brand, VIENNA WORLD …all about music….
2016
Thomas Peschel-Credner became an authorized signatory of the company. In early 2019, he assumed sole management of the company.
2023
After the turbulent years of 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we set a goal to realign the majority of our products and give VIENNA WORLD a more eco-friendly focus.
Today
In more than 72 countries.
Our mission is to conduct our business and production in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner.
VIENNA WORLD is now expanding into more than 72 countries. We are increasingly replacing plastic products with cotton or recycled PVC and switching to eco-friendly packaging without varnishes or environmentally harmful printing.
We are also increasingly shifting transport routes from Asia from sea to rail, and our parcel services are adopting more sustainable, low-carbon delivery methods. The introduction of a new inventory management system and our new online presence allow us to look to the future with optimism.
