Consumers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity:<\/p>\n<\/div>

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.<\/p>\n<\/div>

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n<\/div>

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Consequences of the withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/p>\n<\/div>

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.<\/p>\n<\/div>

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n<\/div>

\n

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods up to 100% if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality, for example if the goods have been worn or damaged.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract, unless the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence provides for a right of withdrawal, in which case this right of withdrawal of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence shall apply.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Furthermore, the consumer has no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning<\/p>\n<\/div>
