A. Shipping information

We only ship to the countries listed as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out by UPS, GLS or Post. The respective shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system when the order is placed.

If you require shipping to another country, please send us an email to order@viennaworld.com and please tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.

Payment by credit card is made via SSL transmission (Secure Socket Layer). The data entered is immediately encrypted.

I. National shipments

For deliveries within Austria, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

III. Detailed information on the individual payment options 

1. Payment in advance (Prepayment)
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, stating the purpose of the transfer. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order process.advance invoices that are not paid more than 14 days after invoicing will be charged a storage fee of € 15 per week from the beginning of the 3rd week. The goods will only be delivered after receipt of this fee. If the order is canceled, a processing fee of € 20,- will be charged.

2. Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard

3. Delivery on invoice
After receipt of the invoice, you transfer the amount to be paid by you to our bank account within the payment period specified in the invoice.

4. Cash payment upon collection
When ordering, enter “Prepayment” as the payment method and select “Pickup in 1160 Vienna” as the shipping method.
You can collect the goods from us yourself and pay on site in cash or by credit card. We will first inform you by email that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can collect the goods by making an appointment at the following address:

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
